Sam Kirkaldy has been appointed to head up Savills South East Development team, based across the firm’s Sevenoaks, Guildford and Brighton offices.

Following 25 years with the company, Savills has promoted Sam Kirkaldy to head up its South East Development team.
Sam takes over from Ian Fowler and will be based across the firm’s Sevenoaks, Guildford and Brighton offices, which specialise in mixed use development, with more than 30 surveyors.

In addition to Sam’s appointment, Samantha McDermott is taking over Ian’s head of Guildford Development position.
Samantha has been with Savills for more than 13 years and specialises in all aspects of residential development within Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire and West Sussex, including consultancy and valuation work, together with Red Book valuations.
Maintaining momentumIan will continue to play an integral role at Savills within the Guildford team.
